We explore in particular the dynamics of dual-frequency (bi-polarization) lasers subjected to optical reinjection or electronic spin injection. We also investigate the spectral narrowing processes in lasers and take advantage of various mechanisms allowing the reduction of intensity noise of solid-state or semiconductor lasers, for the development of low-noise laser sources.
