{"id":726,"date":"2023-09-13T15:08:03","date_gmt":"2023-09-13T13:08:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.institut-foton.eu\/?p=726"},"modified":"2026-01-28T09:56:59","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T08:56:59","slug":"physique-des-materiaux-et-dispositifs-perovskites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.institut-foton.eu\/en\/physique-des-materiaux-et-dispositifs-perovskites\/","title":{"rendered":"Physics of perovskites materials and devices"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Correspondant: Jacky EVEN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>p\u00e9rovskites halog\u00e9n\u00e9es<\/strong> sont des cristaux semiconducteurs dont la structure atomique est compos\u00e9e d&#8217;octah\u00e8dres d&#8217;halog\u00e8nes (typiquement I, Br ou Cl) au centre desquels r\u00e9side un m\u00e9tal (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement Pb ou Sn). Depuis le d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2010, ces compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 en tant que mat\u00e9riaux d&#8217;avenir pour en raison de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s opto\u00e9lectroniques exceptionnelles, de leur bas co\u00fbt et de leur facilit\u00e9 de synth\u00e8se. Dans le <strong>domaine photovolta\u00efque<\/strong>, les cellules solaires \u00e0 base de perovskite ont atteint les rendements des cellules \u00e0 base de silicium, tandis que les cellules tandem perovskite\/silicium affichent maintenant des records de rendement d&#8217;environ 34%, ce qui repr\u00e9sente potentiellement une <strong>rupture technologique dans la transition \u00e9cologique<\/strong>. Les p\u00e9rovskites sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9es pour l&#8217;\u00e9mission lumineuse, notamment comme \u00eelots quantiques pour l&#8217;\u00e9mission de photons uniques et de paires de photons intriqu\u00e9s, capacit\u00e9s cl\u00e9s pour l&#8217;\u00e9mergence des <strong>technologies quantiques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le groupe de th\u00e9orie de l&#8217;institut Foton dirig\u00e9 par Jacky Even, en collaboration \u00e9troite avec des chercheurs de l&#8217;ISCR, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pionnier dans la recherche internationale sur les p\u00e9rovskites halog\u00e9n\u00e9es, avec de nombreuses contributions essentielles comme par exemple l&#8217;importance du couplage spin-orbite ou l&#8217;\u00e9lucidation de la structure fine de l&#8217;\u00e9tat fondamental excitonique des \u00eelots collo\u00efdaux. La philosophie du groupe est d&#8217;employer des m\u00e9thodes th\u00e9oriques vari\u00e9es allant de simulations ab initio (th\u00e9orie de la fonctionnelle densit\u00e9\u2026) aux m\u00e9thodes semi-empriques (masses effectives, laisons fortes\u2026) tout en gardant un contact \u00e9troit avec l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience. Des collaborations de longue dur\u00e9e sont ainsi en cours avec des \u00e9quipes experimentales \u00e0 la pointe de la recherche mondiale, comme le groupe d&#8217;Aditya Mohite \u00e0 Rice University, celui de Mercouri Kanatzidis \u00e0 Northwestern University ou encore celui de Maksym Kovalenko \u00e0 ETH Zurich. Cette approche a men\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreuses publications dans les meilleures revues scientifiques (Nature, Science\u2026) et \u00e0 une reconnaissance internationale pour la compr\u00e9hension de
