Leur d\u00e9veloppement laisse donc augurer des perspectives immenses en termes d\u2019application, \u00e0 la fois pour des applications de capteurs (aide \u00e0 la navigation, lidar, bio-capteurs), ou de traitement de l\u2019information (t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, calcul quantique, big data). Au travers de collaborations suivies, l\u2019\u00e9quipe DOP d\u00e9veloppe et analyse des architectures int\u00e9gr\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifiques, principalement pour les applications opto-hyper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PIC bifr\u00e9quence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019int\u00e9gration de sources hyperfr\u00e9quences sur porteuse optique est un enjeu majeur en optique microonde. Une alternative \u00e0 la modulation directe, en particulier pour des gammes de fr\u00e9quence \u00e9lev\u00e9es ( c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire [10-100] GHz, voire plus), est d\u2019utiliser la fr\u00e9quence de battement f<sub>B<\/sub> issue d\u2019une source monolithique constitu\u00e9e de deux lasers DFB. Un taux de modulation de 100 % peut \u00eatre facilement obtenu. Exemples de sources monolithiques bifr\u00e9quences InGaASP\/InP r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par le III-V Lab.<br>a) DFB bi-fr\u00e9quence&nbsp;; b) PIC int\u00e9grant les DFB et des fonctionnalit\u00e9s (modulateurs&nbsp;; photodiodes).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous appliquons \u00e0 ces sources les techniques de stabilisation d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es au laboratoire (OEPLL, r\u00e9injection optique, \u2026) afin de verrouiller f<sub>B<\/sub> sur des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences RF externes, pour r\u00e9aliser de nouvelles architectures d\u2019oscillateurs opto-\u00e9lectroniques, ou explorer de nouveaux r\u00e9gimes dynamiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sources laser hybrides<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces sources sont bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019aboutement d\u2019un milieu \u00e0 gain, dans notre cas InGaAsP\/InP, avec un composant passif, ici nitrure de silicium Si<sub>3<\/sub>N<sub>4<\/sub>\/SiO<sub>2<\/sub>. Une des architectures compacte \u00e9tudi\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 abouter un amplificateur optique \u00e0 semiconducteur r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant (RSOA) avec un r\u00e9seau de Bragg ou un micror\u00e9sonateur. Ces lasers \u00e0 semiconducteurs \u00e0 cavit\u00e9 \u00e9tendue ont de tr\u00e8s bonnes qualit\u00e9s spectrales et d\u2019accordabilit\u00e9. Ils constituent donc des sources id\u00e9ales pour de nombreuses applications en bande C. Nous \u00e9tudions \u00e9galement la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de micropeignes de fr\u00e9quences optiques bas\u00e9es sur des micro-r\u00e9sonateurs annulaires en Si<sub>3<\/sub>N<sub>4<\/sub> inject\u00e9s par un laser DFB. Le faisceau r\u00e9tror\u00e9fl\u00e9chi, verrouillant la fr\u00e9quence pompe sur une r\u00e9sonance du micro-r\u00e9sonateur, permet de s\u2019affranchir de dispositifs d\u2019asservissement actifs. Composant passif : CEA-LETI.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nouvelles architectures compactes d\u2019oscillateurs optiques sont \u00e9galement en cours d\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Boucle \u00e0 d\u00e9calage de fr\u00e9quence en optique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019hybridation de deux technologies de circuits photoniques int\u00e9gr\u00e9s (InP et SiN) par transfer printing permet de combiner \u00e0 la fois des fonctionnalit\u00e9s actives (amplificateurs, modulateurs \u00e9lectro-optiques) et passives (ligne \u00e0 retard \u00e0 faible perte) sur une m\u00eame plate-forme. Un des objectifs de cette technologie est de r\u00e9aliser des boucles \u00e0 d\u00e9calage de fr\u00e9quence int\u00e9gr\u00e9es, pour des applications de lidar, de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et de
