L&#8217;objectif de 30% d&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 (feuille de route publi\u00e9e par la COP21, initi\u00e9e par IPVF et nomm\u00e9e &#8220;30-30-30&#8221;) ne sera pas atteinte avec des cellules solaires classiques bas\u00e9es sur des simples jonctions. Les jonctions en tandem pourraient atteindre 43% th\u00e9oriquement en combinant une cellule inf\u00e9rieure VIS\/NIR, en Si monocristallin, avec une cellule sup\u00e9rieure absorbant la partie bleue\/UV du spectre solaire, pouvant \u00eatre en CIGS et sp\u00e9cialement optimis\u00e9e avec un gap d\u2019environ 1,7 eV. Nous proposons une approche innovante bas\u00e9e sur l&#8217;utilisation de couches \u00e9pitaxi\u00e9es interm\u00e9diaires III-V \u00e0 large gap (\u00e0 base de GaP) entre Si et CIGS. Nous pr\u00e9voyons que les structures (CIGS\/III-V\/Substrat Si) \u00e9pitaxiales pr\u00e9par\u00e9es dans ce projet atteignent 18% \u00e0 1,7 eV. Des cellules tandems (CIGS\/III-V\/Si\/substrat Si) avec deux terminaux et un rendement de 25% sont propos\u00e9es en fin de projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partenaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inst.
