Pour ce dernier point l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019appuie sur la plateforme en nano et microtechnologie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.institut-foton.eu\/plateformes\/cclo\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"60\">CCLO<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Les travaux de recherche actuels d\u00e9veloppent l\u2019optique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 base de mat\u00e9riaux que sont les verres de chalcog\u00e9nures, les semi-conducteurs poreux \u00e0 base de Silicium et de Germanium, de polym\u00e8res, d\u2019oxynitrure de silicium (SiON) et de diamant afin d\u2019en exploiter les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s optiques pour des applications dans les domaines des capteurs, des communications optiques, des sources de lumi\u00e8re et de la photonique quantique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
