For this purpose, the team relies on the Nano and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.institut-foton.eu\/plateformes\/cclo\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.institut-foton.eu\/plateformes\/cclo\/\">CCLO<\/a> Microtechnology Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Current research activities focus on integrated photonic technologies based on chalcogenide glasses, porous silicon- and germanium-based semiconductors, polymers, silicon oxynitride (SiON), and diamond. These materials are exploited for their unique optical properties in applications including photonic sensing, optical communications, light sources, and quantum photonics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
